Do I have the rights to the photos?

Yes! You are also given all of the photos retouched without watermarks

Do you travel for weddings?

I do! Depending on distances, there may be a travel charge of $0.50/km if 100km is exceeded

What type of equipment do you use?

I use professional Canon gear

How many photos do you take?

Every wedding is different, but I take an unlimited amount of photos, and the package you have will dictate how many will be edited (300+)

How do you edit your photos?

I retouch all of your images (lighting, contrast etc.) and choose an additional selection of images to edit in Photoshop

Do your prices include tax?

No, all packages have an additional HST added to the final total.

How many locations do you shoot at?

I will shoot at an unlimited amount of locations (Keeping in mind that if 100km is exceeded there is a travel fee)

What is the required deposit to hold my date?

I need to receive a 30% deposit in order to hold your wedding date. Two weeks before your wedding the remaining balance is due.

Do we really need an engagement shoot?

This is entirely up to you! It is of course recommended as it gives us a chance to get to know each other and get you comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding day! You will get a chance to see how the photographer works and they will get a sense of your style. It makes doing the photos on your wedding day an easier process during the bride and groom portraits. I believe it can result in better photos on your wedding day.

The package I want includes a free engagement session, can I opt out of it and pay less?

Unfortunately no, this is an added bonus and is not calculated into the package price. As mentioned previously, I think an engagement session is an important session to help you and your partner feel comfortable in-front of the camera on your big day!

Do we really need two photographers?

You don’t need two photographers, but having a second photographer means more angles and a greater variety of photos from your wedding day.
